My fiancee and I went here and I had never heard of them let alone tried it. Food was amazingly flavorful. They had some of the best fries and their milkshakes were fantastic. Of course my other half getting a milkshake if possible wherever we go lol. The staff is young, super friendly, attentative, and keep the store clean and the speed of service prestige. Just a great team in a fantastic environment.
Great change of order for a fast food burger. The meat actually has texture and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Well worth the price.
Absolutely fantastic service! We walked in and had an order for almost 10 people that weren’t there, and two of us have dairy allergies. Not only was our entire order out in 10 minutes, but everything was perfect! A special shoutout to Lance who put in our entire order, was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We travel down here frequently and this will be a regular stop for us for sure!

We have visited this Jaggers many times since its opening debut. We have never had a bad experience. In fact, it has been one of the few places that I have seen improve over time instead of degrading as most places do. Hats off to all the employees and the management team for keeping this place tidy, and great tasting and for customer appreciation. TJF
Gavin was very sweet and quick when taking our order despite being busy through drive thru and the restaurant. The food was quick and delicious. Love coming here and would come again.
We tried both a burger and a salad and both were really good! The place was clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating - but they also had a multi-lane drive-thru if you needed to grab something to go. It was also close to the interstate. I was impressed and will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Recommended. Oh, and the shakes were good too! :-)
We stopped at Jaggers on a recent road trip. I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at this location! The woman who took our order (I didn’t catch her name but wish I did!) was so kind and offered to bring my son ice cream. She also checked on us and other customers during our meal which usually doesn’t happen at fast food restaurants in my experience. All of our food was very good too! As we were finishing up, two other customers got into a verbal altercation. The manager (I believe) came out right away to handle it, but we decided to leave quickly since we had a baby with us and you just never know what could happen in these situations. The same woman who took care of us previously followed us out to apologize, even though it was totally not her fault. Days after, we realized that our meal had been refunded, which was not necessary but so nice of them to do. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be back!
